The agricultural area of our Bioland® farm is managed by Andreas Müller a state-certified agricultural manager. He is supported by farmer Robin Scheffel and onother temporary employee.

We cultivate grain on approx. 8 ha* of land. The feed for our 40 dairy cows grows on a further 45 ha*. The fodder consists of 100% organic fodder from organic cultivation. We deliberately refrain feeding from imported feed. Our cows are kept species-appropriate according to Bioland® and they have a playpen area at their disposal and also a willow. The calves are kept for the first few weeks in “calf igloos”.  Some of the milk from our cows  is sold as raw milk on the farm (shop) but the biggest part is processed by a Bioland® dairy.
